Mark A. Babbitt, DDS

Dr. Babbitt is a native Californian.  Born in Santa Monica and raised in San Diego.  He graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology.  Using his science background he went on to Creighton Dental School in Omaha, Nebraska.  Since beginning his practice Dr. Babbitt has devoted much of his time to his family.  His wife Kristy and three boys, Eric, Ryan and Sean support him.

Dr. Babbitt is a member of many respected dental organizations such as; Ventura – Santa Barbara Dental Society, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.  As Former Chairman of the Dental Health Committee, Dr. Babbitt’s duties included implementation and organizing dental health booths at the Ventura County Fair and 4th of July Street fair in downtown Ventura, as well as preschool and elementary school dental health education programs. Dr. Babbitt is also a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentists.

Front Office:

Stefanie (Front Office Manager/Scheduling Coordinator) Stefanie has been in the dental field since 1988. She has the experience and training to help you with your dental insurance questions as well as scheduling your next dental appointment. Stefanie pursues volunteer activities involving animal rescue and care. She also enjoys gardening, continuing education and reading in her free time..

Back Office:

Debbie, RDA (Registered Dental Assistant). Debbie will be happy to share her knowledge of current state of the art dentistry in cosmetic and implant procedures. Her 30 years of experience will make your visit comfortable and informative..

Faith, DA (Dental Assistant). Faith is a new and welcomed addition to our practice. Faith has an Associate in Science degree and is currently working to aquire her RDA.

Hygienists:

Marilyn, RDHAP (Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice). Marilyn has been with us since 1998. Her license allows her to provide hygiene services in residences of the homebound, schools, residential facilities and institutions as well as areas where there is a dental professional shortage.

Laurie, RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist). Laurie hails from Arkansas and has been a licensed and practicing dental hygienist since 1980.  Laurie’s warm conversation will always help you relax.
